Q. How much are tickets?

Q. How much are early bird tickets?

Tier 1 - Buy before 19/12/19: Adults £10.00 | OAP £8.00 | Child £1.00 | Group Save (10 tickets + 1 free) £100.00
Tier 2 - Buy between 19/12/19 - 28/02/20: Adults £12.00 | OAP £9.00 | Child £1.00 | Group Save (10 tickets + 1 free) £120.00

Q. What is the Two Match Inter Services Bundle Ticket?

Buy the 'Two match Inter Services bundle' to receive two tickets; one ticket to the Navy v RAF match on 18th April 2020 at the Twickenham Stoop, and one ticket to the Army v Navy match on 2nd May 2020 at Twickenham Stadium.  Priced at £40.00, no concessions or group discounts are available with the Inter Services bundle ticket.
The Army v Navy ticket will be allocated within the 'category 2' seating area in the North stand, lower or middle tier.

Q. Can I buy tickets for a group?

Yes, you can buy as many tickets as you require.  When purchasing online, please select 'GroupSave' ticket to receive 1 free ticket for every 10 you guy.  Each 'GroupSave ticket will provide 11 tickets in total (for the price of 10). 

Q. How much is the Booking and P&P Fee?

The booking fee is £2.00 per ticket and the postage & packaging is £1.95 per order.

Q. Can children come to the match?

Yes, a child ticket is applicable to children aged 3-15.  Children aged 3-4 will require a ticket which is free of charge, please contact us to place an order.  Childres aged 5-15 will require a ticket which is £1.00 and can be purchased online.  16+ will require an adult ticket.

Babies in arms and under 3’s - Babies in arms and children under 3 do not require a ticket and will not be provided with a seat. Babies in arms need to be in a front carrier - buggies, prams and carry seats are not permitted.

Q. What is the age for an OAP ticket?

OAP tickets are applicable to people aged 65+.

Q. How do I purchase easy access tickets?

To purchase for easy access tickets please contact us on 02392 816 255.

Q. Will the seats be together?

Yes, all tickets on your order will be seated together.  If you have placed multiple orders please contact us on 02392 816 255 to discuss.

Q. Can I sit with my friend who bought tickets separately?

We are not able to guarantee that you will be sat together if the orders have been places separately.  However, please email us (info@navyrafmatch.co.uk) stating both order numbers, and we will do our best to seat you together. 

Q. Can tickets be delivered too a different address?

For security reasons we can only despatch tickets to the billing address.  For further assistance please contact our customer services team info@navyrafmatch.co.uk / 02392 816 255.

Q. What cards do you accept?

Visa Credit Card | Visa Debit Card | Visa Electron | MasterCard Credit Card | MasterCard Debit Card | Maestro - we do not accept American Express.

Q. I am having problems placing an order, what should I do?

First check the billing address you are entering is the registered card address.  If you continue to experience problems please contact our customer services team on 02392 816 255 who can assist you.

Q. When will I receive tickets?

Tickets will be despatched no later than a week prior to the match. Once your order has been sent we will send you an email to let you know that it is on its way.

Q. My tickets didn’t arrive, what should I do?

Tickets will be despatched no later than a week prior to the match. Once your order has been sent we will send you an email to let you know that it is on its way. If you have not received your tickets within 5 days of this notification, or by 10th April 2020, then please contact our customer services team info@navyrafmatch.co.uk / 02392 816 255.

Q. I received my tickets but have since lost them, what should I do?

Please contact our customer services team info@ravyrafmatch.co.uk / 02392 816 255 who will arrange for the original tickets to be cancelled, and duplicates printed for collection on the day of the match.

Q. Why can’t duplicates be posted to me?

Duplicate tickets are only issued once, to avoid any postal delays or losses, duplicates must be collected from the stadium on the day of the match.

Q. Where do I collect reprinted/duplicate tickets from?

Please collect your reprinted tickets from The Twickenham Stoop, we will notify you with details of the collection point nearer to match day.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

Q. I do not need all/some of my tickets, can I re-sell them?

It is prohibited to onward sell or offer a ticket in excess of its face value and it may not be sold through any online auction or other website, without authorisation - this will result in cancellation of the ticket. If you need to cancel your order in part or whole, please contact the customer services team info@navyrafmatch.co.uk / 02392 816 255.
